It was in Larwick (Norway), where I found the rare chance to photograph ships and spectators on one picture. It's quite obvious: on my first journey I had no idea what the light on sea would do to my pictures. It wasn't before my 3rd sailing voyage I found out how to photograph white as white and shadows as shadows - by using a strong red filter.
