Back in the Kawthaung area, our anchorage was surrounded by golden stupas in the misty air. So some of us went there in the evening to have a look at it in the early sunset. Along the stairs, we found by the way a cashew nut tree - it doesn't only look like little mangos, it's a relative, indeed.

Burmese Buddha
A typical Burmese Buddha. According to Aung, still not everyone likes the idea of presenting Budda with a crown. Indeed, he was a prince and left all his property and honours, so it's not quite just to decorate him again with all of that.
