Silver Banksia

A common shrub or tree of the Southeastern part of Australia is the Silver Banksia. It is a rich source for any nectar succers, may they birds or marsupials. Not having a closer look, it may get confused with Saw Banksia or Wallum Banksia as their flowers (which are in fact inflorecences) are pretty similar. But look at the leaves - they make a clear difference. Like them, the Silver Banksia can be found in coastal areas in the sclerophyll areas.
